No. SilentInvoice is built entirely in the browser. Your invoice data is never sent to any server and nothing is written to your browser's storage. All data exists only in memory while the tab is open — close it and everything is permanently gone. This makes it safe to use on shared or public computers.

Yes, completely free with no hidden costs. There is no free tier, no premium plan, and no features locked behind a paywall. SilentInvoice is supported by the display advertising you see on the page. Creating and downloading invoices will always be free.

Click the "Download PDF" button in the top right corner. This will open a print dialog in your browser. From there, change the destination to "Save as PDF" (in Chrome) or "Microsoft Print to PDF" (in Windows), then click Save. The resulting PDF will look exactly like the preview on screen.

No account is required. There is no sign up, no email address needed, and no password to remember. Just open the page, fill out your invoice, and download it. Your business details are remembered automatically for your next visit.

Yes. SilentInvoice supports multiple currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, and JPY. The PDF output uses a fluid layout that prints correctly on both US Letter and international A4 paper sizes — your printer will use whichever is configured on your system.

Logo upload is not currently supported, but it is on the roadmap. For now, your business name appears prominently at the top of every invoice in an elegant serif font. If logo support is important to you, check back soon.

No data is saved between sessions — this is intentional, so that SilentInvoice is safe to use on any computer including shared or public ones. When you close the tab, everything is gone. We recommend downloading your PDF before closing. Full invoice saving is planned for a future update.

SilentInvoice generates clean, professional PDF invoices suitable for freelancers, contractors, and small businesses. However, we are not accountants or lawyers.
